A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, Stephen’s career has spanned high-end hospitality, including roles at the prestigious Wynn/Encore in Las Vegas and the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans, as well as consulting with major airlines on customer service standards through Deloitte by L.R.A.
Stephen has four years of experience in the HOA industry, managing both single-family/low-rise condominiums and serving as General Manager for high-rise properties. In his current role as Regional Director, he is passionate about enhancing owner satisfaction, streamlining operations, and driving financial performance through detailed budget planning and review.
With a deep commitment to building strong relationships with boards, communities, staff, and vendors, Stephen’s approach is rooted in a true servant’s heart for the customer service industry. Jack Thuet serves WRMC as the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. Prior to joining WRMC, he oversaw business development for the Central U.S. at an international multi-disciplinary consulting firm. His background includes extensive experience in structural and building enclosure assessments, managing capital improvement projects, and assisting with insurance and construction defect claims.
