RESALE DISCLOSURE / STATUS LETTER PACKAGE ORDERING INFORMATION
The request and payment for the resale disclosure/status letter package will need to be made via worthross.condocerts.com/resale. The package contains the resale certificate/status letter, budget, certificate of insurance and association documents.
The normal turnaround time is 3 to 5 business days from the date of order.
If you need a rush order there is an additional $300 fee and the order will be processed within 1 business days from the date of order.

*Note: You will receive two emails, each containing a link from CondoCerts. You will receive an email containing the first link once you have placed your order and that link will contain the additional documents (budget, certificate of insurance, etc.). You will receive an email containing the second link once we have completed the resale certificate/status letter and the funds for the package have been paid. ASSOCIATION QUESTIONNAIRE ORDERING INFORMATION
You will need to make your request and payment via worthross.condocerts.com/resale for the association questionnaire. The Condocerts questionnaire is immediately available in PDF format on Condocerts once it has been ordered and paid for. If you have a lender specific form that must be completed, please email that to resales@worthross.com along with the Condocerts questionnaire you receive and we will get the answers transferred onto the lender specific questionnaire for you.
